District 7 Monthly Business Meetings
Open meeting for all District 7 GSRs and AA members. We meet on the second Monday of each month.

| Accessibility | OPEN (SCV), Bowie-Faye K. (AV) | The Accessibilities Committee works to identify any challenges that may prevent members from fully participating in AA meetings and activities regardless of physical, mental, sensory, or geographical barriers. This includes providing information on available literature for those with mobility, hearing, vision, or cognitive impairments, as well as reaching out to underserved or remote communities. Key responsibilities: visit meeting venues no less than once per Panel to report on physical accessibility (as well as the availability of ASL interpreters or other communication support services) to maintain and update an accurate list. This list and its status shall be reported to District Intergroup(s) and AAWS no less than once per Panel. This committee is best served with two equal servant-leaders; one from the Antelope Valley and the other from the Santa Clarita Valley. | Archives | Kevin W. | The Archives Committee gathers and preserves material and historical data about A.A. of interest to Southern California A.A. for display and use by A.A. groups, A.A. Conventions, districts, other Area Standing Service Committees, and other interested people as appropriate. The Committee maintains these archives and makes acquisitions for these archives in order to enlighten and fulfill the ongoing continuity of the history of A.A. in District 7. | Click to View Document |
| Audio-Visual / Virtual | Anthony S. | The Audio-Visual Committee provides and coordinates the presentation of A.A. audio-visual materials to A.A. groups, A.A. Conventions, districts, other committees such as Public Information, Cooperation with the Professional Community, Hospitals and Institutions, and other interested people as appropriate. | |
| Cooperation with the Professional Community (CPC) | Judy F. | The Cooperation with the Professional Community (CPC) Committee provides information about A.A. to those who have contact with alcoholics through their professions. This group includes physicians and other healthcare professionals, educators, members of the clergy, lawyers, law- enforcement personnel, and social workers.
